Abstract

Bei einem Messverfahren und einer Messvorrichtung zur induktiven Winkel-und/oder Positionsbestimmung von wenigstens zwei Bauteilen (B1, B2) zueinander sind einem Bauteil (B1) zwei winklig zueinander angeordnete, infolge eines Stromes ein Magnetfeld aufbauende Sendespulen (11, 12) zugeordnet und ist dem anderen Bauteil (B2) eine Empfangsspule (13) zugeordnet, in der infolge des von den Sendespulen (11, 12) aufgebauten Magnetfelds ein Strom induziert wird. Das Magnetfeld wird infolge eines auf Grund einer Taktsteuerung (14) getakteten, durch die Sendespulen (11, 12) fließenden Stroms aufgebaut. In der Empfangsspule (13) wird dadurch ein Magnetfeld induziert und in ein elektrisches Signal (41) umgewandelt, das anschließend den Sendespulen (11, 12) zugeordnet wird. Die zugeordneten Signale werden zur Erzeugung eines Vergleichswertes (70) am Ausgang (16c) eines Vergleichers (16) zur Regelung des in die Sendespulen (11, 12) fließenden Stroms Reglern (17, 18) zugeführt. Die Ströme durch die Sendespulen werden so geregelt, dass die den Sendespulen zugeordneten Amplitudenwerte (41 A, 41 B) des elektrischen Signals (41) an den Eingängen (16a, 16b) des Vergleiches (16) gleich groß werden. Das Verhältnis der den Sendespulen (11,12) zugeführten Stromwerte zueinander wird als Maß für die Position- und/oder Winkelbestimmung der Bauteile (B1, B2) zueinander erfasst.
