Abstract

The invention relates to a device for arresting a lightning in a wind power plant comprising at least one rotor blade that is coupled to a hub, a slow shaft that is coupled to the hub in a substantially rotationally fixed manner, a bearing that rotatably mounts the shaft relative to a main frame which accommodates at least one means for converting mechanical power, and a tower that is connected in a conducting manner to the ground. The rotor blade has means for introducing the lightning and means for conducting the lightning. The means for conducting the lightning are in conducting contact with a conducting transmission unit which is connected in a conducting manner to the tower and is designed as a sliding contact that is fitted with a slipring and a brush.
