Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schutzschicht auf einem mittels eines elektrochemischen Bearbeitungsverfahrens zu bearbeitenden metallischen Werkstück, wobei eine Spannung zwischen mindestens einer Elektrode (12, 14) und zumindest einem Teilbereich des Werkstücks (10) angelegt wird, die in Abhängigkeit von der metallischen Zusammensetzung des zumindest einen Teilbereichs des Werkstücks (10) in diesem Bereich über einen Elektrolyten (16) eine elektrisch nicht leitende Passivierungsschicht (20) auf der Werkstückoberfläche erzeugt. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Bauteil einer Gasturbine oder eines Hoch- oder Niederdruckverdichters.
