Abstract

　試料検知装置Ｂは、一対の光源４０，４１から検知領域ＡＲに照射されて透過した２つの光の受光量に対応した信号を出力する受光素子５、および前記信号に基づいて検知領域ＡＲに試料が適正に供給されたか否かを判断する判断手段８に加え、アパーチャ６０が設けられている部材６を備えている。一対の光源４０，４１から発せられた２つの光は、アパーチャ６０により規定された経路で進行し、検知領域ＡＲのうちの互いに位置ずれした領域ＡＲｒ，ＡＲｆに進行する。このような構成によれば、光学レンズなどの高価な部品を用いることなく、検知領域ＡＲに試料が適切に供給されたか否かを正確に判断することができる。
