Abstract

 試料検知装置Bは、一対の光源40,41から検知領域ARに照射されて透過した2つの光の受光量に対応した信号を出力する受光素子5、および前記信号に基づいて検知領域ARに試料が適正に供給されたか否かを判断する判断手段8に加え、アパーチャ60が設けられている部材6を備えている。一対の光源40,41から発せられた2つの光は、アパーチャ60により規定された経路で進行し、検知領域ARのうちの互いに位置ずれした領域ARr,ARfに進行する。このような構成によれば、光学レンズなどの高価な部品を用いることなく、検知領域ARに試料が適切に供給されたか否かを正確に判断することができる。
