A can cover comprising: a top panel (21) having an opening portion (23) with a score line (S) engraved on the top panel; a rotational tab (30) rotatably installed on the top panel; and a severance initializing means for connecting the rotational tab and an area adjacent to the score line (S) of the top panel to initialize a severance of the score line S at a start point (Po) when the rotational tab is rotated.
