Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un nouveau procédé de préparation des dérivés (poly)aminoalkylaminoacétamide d'épipodophyllotoxine et de leurs sels caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une étape de couplage peptidique de la 4 amino 4' déméthylépipodophyllotoxine avec un réactif aminé comportant des groupements protecteurs.
