Abstract

 本発明は、一般式(1)、(2)および(3)で示される重合可能な官能基を有するアゾ色素からなることを特徴とする眼用レンズ用着色剤である。  上記本発明によれば、耐溶出性に優れるとともに、加水分解などの変性が惹起され難く、安定であり、また、所定の重合性基を導入しても、原料色素の色調が変化することのない、赤色~紫色~青色の新規な構造の眼用レンズ用着色剤、眼用レンズ材料、眼用レンズの製造方法および眼用レンズを提供することができる。
