Abstract

無機充填剤を配合した未加硫ゴム組成物のスコーチタイムの短縮を抑え、該未加硫ゴム組成物の加工中の早期加硫の発生を防ぐと共に、無機充填剤のゴム成分への分散性を高めることによって該ゴム組成物の低発熱性を向上させ得る、下記の一般式（Ｉ）で表される有機珪素化合物及びそれを配合してなるゴム組成物を提供するものである。 （Ｒ1Ｏ）3-p（Ｒ2）pＳｉ−Ｒ3−Ｙ （Ｉ） ［式中、Ｒ1 は炭素数１～２０の直鎖もしくは分枝状のアルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アルケニル基、アリール基又はアラルキル基あるいは炭素数２～３０の直鎖もしくは分枝状のアルキルモノエーテル基又はアルキルポリエーテル基であり、Ｒ2 は炭素数１～２０の直鎖もしくは分枝状のアルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アルケニル基、アリール基又はアラルキル基あるいは炭素数２～３０の直鎖もしくは分枝状のアルキルモノエーテル基もしくはアルキルポリエーテル基、−ＯＲ4 基又は−Ｏ−ＳｉＲ5 3 基であり、Ｒ3 は炭素数１～２０のアルキレン基、シクロアルキレン基、シクロアルキルアルキレン基、アルケニレン基、アリーレン基又はアラルキレン基であり、Ｙは１，３−双極子から水素１原子を除いた基であり、ｐは０、１又は２を示す。］
