Abstract

 蒸気ボイラ、温水ボイラ、廃熱ボイラおよび排ガスボイラを含む各種ボイラにおいて、温度センサを適切な位置に設けることで、水管内面へのスケールの付着量を正確に把握する。  上部管寄せ(3)と下部管寄せ(4)との間を接続する複数の水管(5,6)により、内側水管列(7)と外側水管列(8)とが構成される。内側水管列(7)の下端部を残して、隣接する内側水管(5,5)間の隙間は、内側縦ヒレ(9)にて閉塞される。外側水管列(8)の上端部を残して、隣接する外側水管(6,6)間の隙間は、外側縦ヒレ(11)にて閉塞される。各外側水管(6)の上下方向中途部から上方への設定領域であって、外側水管列(8)の内周面を構成する面には、上方外側横ヒレ(17)が上下に複数設けられる。前記設定領域の下端部と対応した位置において、外側水管(6)に温度センサ(29)を設ける。この温度センサ(29)の検出温度により、スケールの付着状況を把握する。
