Abstract
二次電池へ充電電流を供給して充電を実行する充電制御工程と、前記充電制御工程において実行された充電に関する情報を取得する充電情報取得工程と、前記充電情報取得工程において取得された情報を充電データとして記憶する記憶工程と、前記充電制御工程における充電が完了した後、再び前記充電制御工程における充電が開始される際に、前記記憶工程において記憶されている前回の充電データに基づいて、当該充電制御工程における充電を禁止するか否かを判定する充電禁止判定工程とを含むようにした。
