Abstract
A routing control apparatus (SR) for performing a routing control of a packet in an IP telephone system which has a packet communication network composed of a plurality of routers (A to D) comprises: a routing information collection unit (21) for collecting the routing information held by the routers (A to D); a traffic information reception unit (23) for receiving the traffic information which indicates the router (B) in which congestion occurrence is detected; a congestion router determination unit (24) for determining the congestion router according to the traffic information; a bypass route determination unit (26) for determining a bypass route for transferring a packet by bypassing the congestion router (B); a bypass routing information generation unit (26) for generating bypass routing information in which the bypass route is provided in the collected routing information; and a routing information update unit (21) for updating the routing information used by the router to the bypass routing information.
