Abstract
The invention relates to an electro-active device (10; 10?; 10??) that comprises a member (11) made of an electro-active material and two electrodes (14, 15) in contact with a first surface (12) of the member, characterised in that both electrodes are to be brought to two different electric potentials and in that a means (16) for reflecting the electric field generated between the two electrodes is provided on a second surface (13) of the member.
