Abstract
一つの固定子に対して二つ以上の可動子が設置されるリニアモータシステムにおいて、二つ以上の可動子の相互作用によってリニアモータ全体のコギングを低減する新たなリニアモータシステムを提供する。 リニアモータは、N極及びS極が交互に形成されるように複数の永久磁石が並べられる界磁部を有するベースと、界磁部に対向して配置されるコアの複数の突極に三相コイルが巻かれる電機子を有すると共に、ベースの長手方向に並べられる第一及び第二のスライダと、を備える。制御装置は、第一のスライダの電機子に供給される電流と第二のスライダの電機子に供給される電流の位相とが電気角で実質的に90度ずれるように、第一及び第二のスライダの電機子に供給する電流を制御する。
