Abstract

 分析装置(1)は、洗剤タンク(323)と洗浄水タンク(321)とを接続する接続管(346)を設け、接続管(346)に設けられた弁(346a)を開け、接続管(346)が接続する管(345)に設けられたポンプ(345b)に対し、接続管(346)を介して洗剤タンク(323)内の洗剤(Ls)を洗剤タンク(323)から洗浄水タンク(321)に送出させることによって、洗浄水タンク(321)内部と洗浄水流路構成部材内部とを洗剤(Ls)を用いて簡易に洗浄する。
