Abstract

A communication control device includes: a packet accumulation unit which accumulates packets destined to a mobile station device; and a packet transmission unit. Before the communication destination of the mobile station device is changed from a request mediation device of the connection source to a request mediation device of the connection destination, the packet transmission unit transmits a packet destined to the mobile station device to the request mediation device. After the communication destination is changed, the packet transmission unit transmits a packet accumulated in the packet accumulation unit to the request mediation device of the connection destination before transmitting a packet destined to the mobile station device to the request mediation device of the connection destination.
