Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To provide a gas-liquid mixing and circulating device capable of efficiently mixing and stirring a gas and a fluid such as water, thereby preventing a gas-mixed liquid from stagnation of its circulation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] This gas-liquid mixing and circulating device (10, 100, 10a, 100a) comprises an inner tube (20) having a fluid guide part (25) at its central portion and an outer tube (11) so disposed as to provide a gap (26a) serving as a gas guide part (26) between itself and the inner tube. A mixing part (27) for mixing a gas (53) and a fluid (51) with each other is the portion of the outer tube (11) where the inner tube (20) is not disposed therein in the longitudinal direction. The mixed gas (53) and fluid (51) can flow out from one end (18) of the outer tube (11).
