Abstract

　化学的及び光学的に高純度のバラシクロビルを効率的に得ることのできる製造方法を提供する。 　式（２）で表されるアシクロビルと、式（１）（式中、Ｒ１はアルキル基、アリール基又はアルコキシル基を示し、Ｒ２は水素原子又はアルキル基を示し、Ｒ３はアルキル基を示す。）で表されるＮ－保護バリンの有機アミン塩を、又は該Ｎ－保護バリンのアルカリ金属塩もしくはアルカリ土類金属塩を中和し、縮合剤存在下に縮合反応させ、式（３）で表されるＮ－保護バラシクロビルを得、次いで脱保護することを含む、式（４）で表されるバラシクロビル又はその塩の製造方法。 （式中の各記号は、明細書中と同義を示す。）
