Abstract

Pour un connecteur de faible hauteur, il est prévu un support et une embase pour un connecteur capable d'empêcher la génération de bavures, etc. Quant au support (10) pour le connecteur (1), le corps du support (11) est formé avec la même partie séparée en une partie de base du corps du support (12) et une partie de verrouillage du corps du support (13). La partie de base du corps du support (12) est moulée dans une première étape par injection d'une résine fondue à une pression d'injection élevée. La partie de base du corps du support (13) est formée en positionnant la partie de base du corps du support (12) ensemble avec le contact du support (30) dans un moule métallique et en injectant une résine fondue à une pression d'injection basse. En vertu de cette séparation en deux étapes pour former le support (10), la génération de bavures, etc. peut être empêchée même lorsque le moulage d'insert du contact du support (30) est exécuté. Quant à l'embase (40), la partie de base du corps d'embase (42) est moulée dans une première étape à une pression d'injection élevée, et la partie de base du corps d'embase (42) conjointement avec le contact d'embase (60) sont assujettis au moulage d'insert de la partie de base du corps d'embase (43).
