Abstract
Description
Verfahren und Anlage zum Herstellen eines mehrere Schichten aufweisenden Endproduktes und Endprodukt Method and plant for producing a multi-layered end product and end product
The invention relates to a method and a plant for producing a final product according to claim 1 or claim 9 and an end product according to claim 13 produced by the process.
In the context of the present description, the term "end product" is to be understood as meaning a product which has at least one surface which comprises several layers. Usually, the end product is film-like and web or arcuate, where it is teilteil in parts. The final Product is made from a base material that is generally printed.
Such a multi-layered end product usually comprises the abovementioned base material in the form of a sheet of film-like material, but which already contains one or both sides an imprint in the form of inscriptions and / or drawings. On this base material one or both sides of a layer of a paint material is applied, which is intimately connected to the base material and is also referred to as lamination. The base material together with the lacquer material of the lacquer layer is referred to as end product. By such a coating, in particular the abrasion resistance of color pigments of the imprint is greatly increased, so that such abrasion and thus impairment of the imprint under foreseeable usual stresses practically does not take place.
The coating of the base materials or printing precursors and thus the production of the end products is usually carried out by wet-coating the base materials in a subsequent printing on the process step. Such wet-paint processes are associated with numerous disadvantages. In particular, the resulting end product must usually first be subjected to a drying process before it can be further processed.
Often, there is a need for end products adapted to be provided with at least one longitudinal portion of an additive material, such as a hologram or magnetic stripe. Such an additive material serves, in particular, to impart a specific, for example not easily imitable, label to the end product. Attaching an additive material is not successfully possible with the conventional wet coating.
Finally, there is also the need to refine end products, for example by attaching an embossing. Even such refinement is the usual Wet lacquering not possible directly to the production of the final product, be protected by a lacquer layer.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, - ein Verfahren zum rationellen Herstellen eines Endproduktes der eingangs genannten Art vorzuschlagen, wobei die Nachteile der Nasslackierung vermieden werden, wobei im gleichen Arbeitsgang ein Additivmaterial angebracht werden kann, und wobei das Endprodukt ohne Zeitverzug einem Veredelungsverfahren unterworden werden kann; - eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens undThe object of the invention is to propose a process for the rational production of a final product of the type mentioned above, wherein the disadvantages of wet painting are avoided, wherein an additive material can be applied in the same operation, and wherein the end product can be subjected to a finishing process without delay; - An apparatus for carrying out this method and
- ein nach diesem Verfahren hergestelltes Endprodukt vorzuschlagen.- to propose a final product produced by this process.
Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemässThe solution of this task is carried out according to the invention
- für das Verfahren durch die Merkmale des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1; - für die Vorrichtung durch die Merkmale des unabhängigen Anspruchs 9; undfor the method by the features of independent claim 1; - for the device by the features of independent claim 9; and

The intermediate product I must be such that a separation between the paint material L2 and the paint carrier L3 in the paint area I and a separation between the additive material A2 and the additive carrier A3 is feasible in the additive area, without the adhesion between the remaining layers of at least the final product E. affect.
Im Additivbereich a muss die geringste Haftung diejenige zwischen dem Additivmaterial A2 und dem Additivträger A3 sein.FIG. 2D shows the end product E in the lower part and a residual product R in the upper part. The residual product R is produced as waste during the production of the end product E, but can optionally be recycled. The end product E comprises, like the intermediate I, the additive area and the lacquer area. In the paint area, the end product E contains below the base material B, then the paint adhesive Ll and above the paint material L2. In the additive area, the end product E below contains the base material B, then the additive adhesive or additive paint Al and above the additive material A2. The peeled-off residual product R likewise has two longitudinal regions, which were arranged in the intermediate product above the paint area or the additive area. In the residual product R, the paint area contains only the paint carrier L3, while the additive area of the residual product R comprises the additive carrier A3, the paint adhesive Ll, the paint material L2 and the paint carrier L3. So that the residual product R can be easily peeled off the end product E, it is necessary that the strengths within the individual layers or partial layers as well as the adhesions between the different layers or partial layers are matched to one another. In lacquer area I, the lowest adhesion must be that between lacquer material L2 and lacquer carrier L3. In the additive area a, the lowest adhesion must be that between the additive material A2 and the additive carrier A3.
As will be explained below, in the course of the process for producing the final product E, a pressure is exerted on the intermediate product I to bond the three layers together. As a result of this pressing, because of the very small wall thicknesses of the layers A and L or their constituents Al, A2, A3, L1, L2, L3 and their tendency to melt together to some extent at the temperatures and pressures prevailing during the process , the transitions between the paint area and the additive area are barely noticeable.
The paint material L2, which serves to protect the base material B, does not extend beyond the additive material A2 in the end product according to the invention. The latter is thus not protected by a foreign layer. If the additive material A2 is, for example, a hologram strip, then it is nevertheless protected because the actual hologram faces the base material B and thus is not located on an outer surface of the end product E.
Fig. 3A shows a first embodiment of a system 10 for carrying out the new method. The system 10 has a supply device 11, with which the base material B is provided and fed in the transport direction T. Furthermore, the system 10 has a device for providing the paint composite L, which comprises a paint composite magazine 12 and a paint composite deflection roller 14 connected downstream of the latter. In addition, the system 10 has a device for providing the additive composite A, which is an additive composite magazine 16 and one of the latter downstream Additive deflection roller 18 includes. Instead of the composite paint deflecting roller 14 and the additive composite deflecting roller 18, a common deflecting roller can also be provided, or a prefabricated overall composite can be introduced into the system 10, which comprises both the paint composite and the additive composite. The laminating rollers 14, 18 is followed by a Kaschierwalzen- arrangement 20. The Kaschierwalzen arrangement 20 serves to bring together the additive composite A and the paint composite L with the base material B and for exerting a pressure on an intermediate product I thus formed, to an adhesion between the three To create layers. The functions of assembling the three layers and applying the pressure may also be separate if deflection rollers are provided in the required number and arrangement. From the laminating roller arrangement 20, the intermediate product I, in the transport direction T, passes on to a separating device 22 with lip seals, in which a residual material R is separated from the end product E. A residual material deflection roller 24 leads the peeled residual material R to a residual material storage 26. The end product E is guided by means of rotating discharge brushes or other suitable conveying means 28 in the transport direction T to a discharge station 30.
Fig. 3B shows a second embodiment of a system 10 according to the invention. In contrast to the system according to FIG. 3A, laminating on both sides takes place here, ie both laminating the surface bl and the bottom surface b2 of the base material B. Essentially, the arrangement of the constructional elements for the lamination of the bottom surface b2 is mirror-symmetrical to the arrangement, such as has been described with reference to Fig. 3A, and like structural elements are denoted by the same reference numerals as in Fig. 3A. The lamination of the lower surface can also be done as a pure lamination, without introducing additive material.
Fig. 3C zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel einer Anlage 10. Diese weist alle konstruktiven Elemente der in Fig. 3A dargestellten Anlage auf, und zusätzlich eine Veredelungsvorrichtung 32 zum Veredeln des Endproduktes E. Als zusätzli- che Veredelung kommt vorzugsweise eine Prägung, beispielsweise in der Art einer Leinenprägung mit Hilfe einer Kalanderwalzen-Anordnung in Frage.3C shows a further embodiment of a plant 10. This comprises all constructional elements of the plant shown in FIG. 3A, and additionally a refining device 32 for refining the end product E. As an additional surface treatment is preferably an embossing, for example in the form of a linen embossing using a calender rolls arrangement in question.
The most important advantage of the invention lies in the fact that all of the method steps described above can be carried out locally and temporally immediately one after the other in a single system.
