Abstract

 移動通信システムで基地局装置と通信するユーザ装置は、前記基地局装置に対して、ユーザ装置の性能に関する第1の信号を送信する送信部;前記基地局装置より、ユーザ装置の性能に関する第2の信号を受信する受信部;及び前記第2の信号が示すユーザ装置の性能に基づいて通信処理を行う通信処理部;を具備する。移動通信システムでユーザ装置と通信する基地局装置は、前記ユーザ装置より、ユーザ装置の性能に関する第1の信号を受信する受信部;前記ユーザ装置に対して、ユーザ装置の性能に関する第2の信号を送信する送信部;及び前記第2の信号が示すユーザ装置の性能に基づいて通信処理を行う通信処理部;を具備する。
