Abstract

　ワークパレット用位置決め固定装置は、ベース部材と、このベース部材にワークパレット側の環状のリング部材をＸ，Ｙ，Ｚ方向に夫々位置決めするＸ軸，Ｙ軸，Ｚ軸位置決め機構と、ベース部材にリング部材をクランプするクランプ機構とを有する。Ｘ軸位置決め機構及びＹ軸位置決め機構は、ベース部材の上面に固定された環状基準部材に形成された複数の係合凸部と、リング部材に形成され複数の係合凸部に係合する複数の係合凹部を有し、環状基準部材に、係合凸部の１対のテーパ面を形成する１対の傾斜壁部を相接近方向へ弾性変形可能にする第１スロット部と、１対の傾斜壁部の下端部を下方へ弾性変形可能とする第２スロット部とを設けた。
