Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Gewebeeinbettvorrichtung (1) zum automatischen Einbetten von mindestens einer Gewebeprobe (8). Die Gewebeeinbettvorrichtung (1) umfasst eine Eingabeeinheit (2), eine Bildaufnahmeeinheit (3), eine Einbetteinheit (4), mindestens eine Ausgabeeinheit (5, 6) und eine Steuereinheit (7). Eine mindestens eine Gewebeprobe (8) enthaltende Kassette (9) ist der Eingabeeinheit (2) der Gewebeeinbettvorrichtung (1) übergebbar. Mittels der Einbetteinheit (4) ist die Gewebeprobe (8) in einem Einbettmedium einbettbar. Mit der mindestens einen Ausgabeeinheit (5) ist die eingebettete Gewebeprobe ausgebbar. Mit der Bildaufnahmeeinheit (3) ist mindestens ein Bild von der Gewebeprobe (8) aufnehmbar. Damit eine automatisierte Gewebeeinbettung auch unter Verwendung unterschiedlicher Kassetten realisierbar ist, ist eine erfindungsgemäße Gewebeeinbettvorrichtung (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das von der Gewebeprobe (8) aufgenommene Bild auswertbar ist und abhängig von der Bildauswertung die weitere Bearbeitung der Gewebeprobe (8) in der Gewebeeinbettvorrichtung (1) vorgebbar ist.
