图 4示出了第三种实施方式, 该可提醒注意坐姿的凳子同样包括座板 1、 支架 2、 压力测控装置、 提醒装置。 压力测控装置由轴套 10、 转轴 11、 压縮弹 簧 14组成, 该部分的结构特点与第二种实施方式的相应部分相同, 与第二种实 施方式所述压力测控装置相比, 只是减少了电路部分; 提醒装置由振动块 5、 压缩弹簧 6、 弹簧座 15组成, 在座板 1上被坐者大腿压住的某个适当位置有一 个带台阶的通孔,在支架 2的相应位置有一个凹槽,弹簧座 15的轴切面呈"凸" 形, 放置在支架 2上的凹槽中, 也可将弹簧座 15与支架 2加工成一个整体, 压 缩弹簧 6放在弹簧座 15的台阶上, 振动块 5呈圆杯状, 倒放在座板 1的通孔台 阶上, 并罩住压缩弹簧 6, 其顶部与座板 1的表面正好平齐, 压缩弹簧 6处于 自由状态, 其上支承面正好与振动块 5接触。 当坐者坐姿不正时, 座板 1的前 侧上表面所受压力相应增大或作用点前移, 达到一定程度后, 座板 1相对支架 2转动, 压縮弹簧 6被压缩, 坐者大腿可感受到来自被压缩弹簧 6顶起的振动 块 5的压迫感, 提醒坐者注意坐姿, 纠正坐姿后, 座板 1向后 (逆时钟) 回转, 压迫感自然消失。为了克服座板 1的重力及压缩弹簧 14对座板 1的支撑力使座 板 1转动,就施加在座板 1上的力对转轴 11中心线的最小矩即为临界压力信息。 该实施方式的凳子结构简单, 当坐者姿不正时可实时发出提醒信号, 且坐者坐 得越靠前或上身前倾越厉害, 提醒信号就越强。
显然, 对于前两种实施方式来说, 提醒装置可以互换, 还可采取语音提示、 音乐、 闪烁灯等方式。 对于后两种实施方式来说, 转轴 11与轴套 10的相对转 动不仅与坐者的坐姿有关, 还与坐者体重有关, 根据坐者体重选择适当弹性系 数的压缩弹簧 14; 可通过设置止动装置使转轴 11与轴套 10不能相对转动。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种可提醒注意坐姿的凳子, 它包括座板(1)、 支架 (2)、 压力测控装 置、 提醒装置, 所述支架 (1)用于支撑所述座板 (2), 其特征在于: 所述座板
(I) 与所述支架 (2) 采用活动连接; 所述压力测控装置用于实时测量坐者对 座板 (1) 的压力信息, 确定一个可反映坐姿是否正确的坐者对所述座板 (1) 的临界压力信息, 将实时测量的压力信息或连续时间段内的综合压力信息与该 临界压力信息进行比较, 根据比较结果判断坐者的坐姿是否正确, 并控制提醒 装置的动作。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的凳子, 其特征在于: 所述压力测控装置由四个测 压器(3) 与由处理器、 存储器、 电池、 开关等构成的电路组成, 所述四个测压 器 (3) 分别位于所述座板(1) 与所述支架 (2) 的四个接触面之间, 可实时测 量其受到凳子上的物体的压力; 选取一个临界压比及参数 t、 m、 n, 从接通电 路时刻起, 其处理器每隔时间 t计算一次净压比, 当满足以下两个条件之一时 使所述提醒装置发出提醒信号, 一、 从接通电路或其后 n个净压比之和不小于 0的最后一次提醒之后再经时间 mt的时刻起,每次计算完净压比都将此前 m个 净压比相加, 直至其和小于 0并发出提醒信号; 二、 计算每次提醒后的连续 n 个净压比之和, 若小于 0, 再次提醒。
3、 按照权利要求 2所述的凳子, 其特征在于: 在所述电路中预先设定多个 临界压比及其相应的单选键。
4、 按照权利要求 1所述的凳子, 其特征在于: 所述压力测控装置包括轴套 (10)、 转轴 (11)、 由处理器、 存储器、 电池、 开关、 触点 (12)、 触点 (13) 等构成的电路组成, 所述触点 (12)位于所述座板(1)前侧下表面, 所述触点 (13)位于所述支架 (2)前侧上表面的相应位置, 所述触点 (12) 与所述触点 (13) 接触是整个电路接通的必要条件, 所述轴套 (10) 固定在所述座板 (1) 或所述支架 (2)上, 基本上处于中间位置, 与所述轴套(10)相配的所述转轴
(II) 与所述支架 (2) 或所述座板 (1) 连为一体, 采取措施使所述座板 (1) 在不受压的情况下, 所述座板 (1) 与所述支架 (2) 的后侧相互贴合, 所述座 板 (1) 的前侧下表面与所述支架 (2) 的前侧上表面之间有一个较小张口, 所 述座板 (1) 可相对所述支架 (2) 转动使所述触点 (12) 与所述触点 (13) 接 触; 当电路处于持续接通状态达到某个设定时间时, 使所述提醒装置发出提醒 信号, 如果在发出提醒信号后的原设定时间或更短的另一设定时间内, 电路仍 一直保持接通状态, 继续使所述提醒装置发出提醒信号。
5、 按照权利要求 2或 4所述的凳子, 其特征在于: 所述提醒装置由振动块 (5)、 由凸轮 (7) 与从动件 (8) 组成的凸轮机构、 压縮弹簧(6)组成, 安装 在位于所述座板(1)上被坐者大腿压住的某个适当位置的一个凹槽中, 所述凸 轮(7)可绕一固定中心线旋转从而使所述从动件(8)在垂直所述座板(1)表 面的方向作住复直线运动, 所述压缩弹簧 (6) 由从动件 (8) 支承, 振动块 5 放置在凹槽中的一个台阶上并罩住所述压缩弹簧(6), 所述振动块(5) 的顶部 与所述座板 (1) 的表面平齐, 所述压縮弹簧 (6) 处于自由状态且上支承面正 好与所述振动块(5)接触, 所述从动件(8)与所述凸轮(7)接触点到凸轮(7) 旋转中心线的距离达到最小。
6、 按照权利要求 1所述的凳子, 其特征在于: 所述压力测控装置包括轴套 (10)、 转轴 (11), 所述轴套 (10) 固定在所述座板 (1) 或所述支架(2) 上, 基本上处于中间位置, 与所述轴套(10)相配的所述转轴(11)与所述支架(2) 或所述座板 (1) 连为一体, 采取措施使所述座板 (1) 在不受压的情况下, 所 述座板 (1) 与所述支架 (2) 的后侧相互贴合, 所述座板(1) 的前侧下表面与 所述支架 (2) 的前侧上表面之间有一个较小张口, 所述座板 (1) 可相对所述 支架 (2)转动; 所述提醒装置由振动块 (5)、 压缩弹簧 (6)、 弹簧座 (15) 组 成, 在所述座板 (1) 上被坐者大腿压住的某个适当位置有一个带台阶的通孔, 所述弹簧座(15)固定在所述支架(2)的相应位置用以支承所述压縮弹簧(6), 所述振动块(5)放置在所述通孔的台阶上并罩住所述压缩弹簧(6), 所述振动 块(5) 的顶部与所述座板(1) 的表面平齐, 所述压缩弹簧 (6) 处于自由状态 且上支承面正好与所述振动块 (5) 接触。
7、 按照权利要求 4或 6所述的凳子, 其特征在于: 所述为使座板 (1) 在 不受压时其后侧与支架 (2) 贴合的措施可以是: 在所述座板 (1) 的前侧下表 面与所述支架(2)的前侧上表面之间至少设置一个处于被压缩状态且可被继续 压缩的压縮弹簧 (14)。
8、 按照权利要求 4或 6所述的凳子, 其特征在于: 所述为使座板 (1) 在 不受压时其后侧与支架 (2) 贴合的措施可以是: 使所述座板 (1) 的重心在其 后侧。
