技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信领域,特别涉及注销无线 IP接入网联系地址的方法、 设备及系统。
背景技术
随着通信技术的突飞猛进, 在将来的 3G网络架构中, 移动网不再局限于 电路交换的方式, 逐渐向网际协议(Internet Protocol, 简称' ΊΡ" ) 网络演变。 从第三代移动通信合作伙伴项目 ( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 简称 "3GPP" ) 的 R5 阶段开始, 通用移动电信系统 ( Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, 简称" UMTS" ) 的核心网被划分为电路交换域 ( Circuit Switched, 简称" CS" )、 分组交换域( Packet Switched, 简称" PS" ) 以 及 IP多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Subsystem, 简称" IMS" )三个子系统。
IMS 是 3GPP R5 阶段增加的宽带码分多址(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access, 简称" WCDMA" ) 网络中叠加在已有分组域之上的一个子系 统。 IMS中主要的功能实体包括: 控制用户注册、会话控制等功能的呼叫会话 控制功能实体(Call Session Control Function, 简称" CSCF" )、提供各种业务逻 辑控制功能的应用服务器(Application Server, 简称" AS" )、 集中管理用户签 约数据的归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server, 简称 "HSS" ) 以及用于实 现与电路交换网互通的媒体网关控制功能( Media Gateway Control Function, 简称" MGCF" ) /IMS媒体网关功能(IMS Media Gateway, 简称" IM-MGW" )。 其中, CSCF又可分为代理 CSCF ( P-CSCF )、 服务 CSCF ( S-CSCF )和查询 CSCF ( I-CSCF )。 终端设备通过当前所在地 P-CSCF接入 IMS, ^舌和业务触 发控制及与 AS 的业务控制交互则由其注册地的归属域 S-CSCF 完成, 而 I-CSCF则用于实现(如查询 )从 P-CSCF到 S-CSCF的路由。
IMS处于核心控制层, 接入 IMS网的接入网可以是任何 IP接入网, 包括 WCDMA网络、 码分多址 2000 ( Code Division Multiple Access 2000, 简称 "CDMA2000" ) 网络、 无线本地接入网 (Wireless Local Access Network, 简称 "WLAN" )、 高速分组数据(High Rate Packet Data, 简称 "HRPD" ), 或者, 非 对称数字用户线( Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line, 简称" ADSL" )网络、 光 缆(Cable ) 网络都可以接入到 IMS。 IMS提供的核心控制层面与接入无关。
随着通信网络的发展, IMS 将和现有的以全球移动通信系统 (Global System for Mobile Communication, 简称" GSM" )和 CDMA为代表的 2G网络 长期共存, 这期间, IMS将主要覆盖大中城市的数据业务高需求区域, IP接 入网将以热岛或孤岛形式存在于 2G或 3G网络的海洋中。 终端设备进入某一 IP接入网获取 IP连接后 , 就向 IMS网络进行联系地址( IP接入网分配的 IP 地址) 注册, 网络和终端设备进行相互认证成功后, 当前的 IP地址就和该终 端设备所属用户的一个或多个公共用户身份绑定起来。 终端设备进行 IMS注 册后, 就可以通过该公共用户身份发起呼叫,或者接收其它用户终端设备的呼 叫, IMS的注册员 (registrar ) - S-CSCF收到其它终端设备对该终端设备的会 话邀请时, 即在收到的邀请是以该终端设备的公共用户身份为目标时,将根据 之前的绑定, 提取该公共用户身份对应的 IP地址, 以该 IP地址替代会话邀请 中的邀请目标, 通过该 IP接入网将该会话邀请发送给该终端设备。 在终端设 备离开该 IP接入网时, 可以发起注销, 实现终端设备当前 IP地址和公共用户 身份的解绑定。 在终端设备进行 IMS去注册(注销)后, IMS的注册员不会 再通过该 IP接入网向该终端设备发送^舌邀请。
终端设备通过 UMTS 网络向 IMS 进行^舌发起协议(Session Initation Protocol, 简称" SIP" )注册的过程如图 1所示。 终端设备通过 UMTS网络(包 括 CS和 PS两个部分 )的 PS接入部分发起注册。 终端设备首先获得该终端设 备在该 PS接入网的 IP地址, 根据获取的 IP地址发送注册消息 REGISTER ( sip:xxxxx.com SIP/2.0, To :<sip: Walter@xxxxx. com> , Contact:<SIP: [5555: :1:2: 3:4]>; expires=7200 )。 该注册消息中, sip:xxxxx.com部分标识了该消息的最 终目的地是登记员; 在 To头中是要注册的公共用户身份(标识用户, 是通信 网络中的用户名); Contact头中所指出的是该终端设备在 UMTS接入网的 IP 地址; expires参数标识该终端设备希望注册的时间 (7200s即两个小时), 若 expires参数设为 0, 则该终端设备希望进行 IP地址注销。 上述 SIP注册的目 的是告诉登记员: 公共用户身份可以通过 Contact头中所指出的联系地址(IP 地址)来访问到。 该注册消息通过 P-CSCF、 I-CSCF发送给该 S-CSCF, 由 S-CSCF对该终端设备进行初次注册的认证, 完成本次注册。
在注册完成后,终端设备或 P-CSCF如果希望获得关于用户注册的更多消 息, 可以发送 SUBSCRIBE (订阅 )消息到 S-CSCF向其订阅用户的注册状态。 在进行了订阅后, 当终端设备的注册状态变化时, S-CSCF都会通过 NOTIFY 消息将终端设备的注册状态发送到终端设备或 P-CSCF,如图 1中的虚框部分。
终端设备成功向 IMS 网络进行联系地址注册后, 任何时候终端设备都可 以通过向 IMS网络发出一个新的注册(REGISTER )请求来发起重注册。 例如 由于注册时间超时了, 注册就需要进行刷新, 这时就会发生重注册。 重注册的 处理和首次 SIP注册过程完全一样,但不是必须进行终端设备和网络的双向认 证。
已注册联系地址的注销过程可以由该终端设备在离开 IP接入网时主动发 起, 也可以由网络侧 S-CSCF在需要时主动解除用户的注册(即注销), 如预 付费终端设备在通话过程中余额用光时, 可由 IMS网络主动解除用户的注册。 在 IMS网络需要进行用户注销时, 由 S-CSCF通过 NOTIFY消息向终端设备 和 P-CSCF发送注销通知,在 NOTIFY消息中指示了哪个公共用户身份被注销, 如图 2所示。
以上对终端设备进行公共用户身份的注册、重注册和注销的过程进行了简 单说明, 下面对语音呼叫连续性(Voice Call Continuity, 简称" VCC" )进行介 绍。 VCC最初由 3GPP提出来,旨在解决电路交换( Circuit Switching,简称" CS" ) 网络的电路语音呼叫和基于 IP接入网的分组语音( Voice over IP,简称" VoIP" ) 呼叫之间的连续性问题, 使得终端设备可以在 CS网络( GSM或 UMTS的 CS 部分)和 WLAN接入网络之间方便的进行切换。
VCC技术基于 IMS, 为了支持 VCC, 在终端设备注册完成后, S-CSCF 需要基于从 HSS下载的用户配置,进行网元 VCC AS(由 3GPP2引入,在 3GPP 中目前是四个独立的功能模块 )所属的初始过滤标准( initial Filter Criteria, 简 称" iFC" )检查,在通过检查后向 VCC AS 进行第三方注册,以通知该 VCC AS 该终端设备已进行了 IMS注册, 后续可以通过 IP接入网接收和下发该终端设 备的呼叫,如图 1所示。 同样,在注销该终端设备后, S-CSCF需要基于从 HSS 下载的用户配置, 进行 VCC AS所属的初始过滤标准检查, 通过后向 VCC AS 进行第三方注册, 以通知该 VCC AS"该终端设备已经取消 IMS注册", 后续不 可以通过该 IP接入网接收和下发该终端设备的呼叫, 如图 2所示。
当其它终端设备通过 CS网络向该终端设备发起呼叫时, 其信令需要进入 IMS网络, 由 VCC AS负责选择该呼叫的下发域, 即选择是通过该终端设备注 册的 IP接入网还是通过 CS网络下发该呼叫 , 网络侧通过所选择的 IP接入网 或 CS网络将该呼叫下发给目标终端设备。
然而, 本发明的发明人发现, 当终端设备以非正常方式离开 IP接入网后, 如该终端设备丢失了当前连接的 IP接入网的信号而来不及向 IMS网络进行联 系地址注销时, 后续收到对该用户公共身份的呼叫时, 仍然可能通过该 IP接 入网下发该呼叫,此时,容易发生呼叫下发失败或者延长呼叫建立时间等问题。
发明内容
本发明实施方式提供一种注销无线 IP接入网联系地址的方法、终端设备、 基于 IP多媒体子系统的网络侧设备、 网元和无线 IP接入网的终端设备注销 系统, 使得终端设备在以非正常方式离开某 IP接入网后, 能够避免后续收到 对该终端设备的呼叫时, 仍然根据该用户身份关联的该 IP接入网联系地址, 从该 IP接入网下发该呼叫所带来的问题。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的实施方式提供了一种注销无线 IP接入网 联系地址的方法, 包括步骤:
终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入网时, 如果没有向 IP多媒体子系统 IMS 网络注销该终端设备在所述第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址, 则通过所述终端 设备当前可用的接入网通知所述 IMS网络注销所述终端设备在第一无线 IP接 入网的联系地址。
本发明的实施方式还提供了一种终端设备, 包括:
判断单元, 用于判断所述终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入网时, 是否已 向 IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址;
注销发起单元, 用于在所述判断单元判定所述终端设备没有向所述
IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址时, 通过该终 端设备当前可用的接入网通知该 IMS 网络注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP 接入网的联系地址。
本发明的实施方式还提供了一种基于 IP多媒体子系统的网络侧设备, 包 括:
接收单元, 用于通过当前可用的接入网接收注销终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的通知;
注销单元, 用于在所述接收单元收到注销终端设备在第一无线 IP接入 网的联系地址的通知后 , 注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。
本发明的实施方式还提供了一种网元,该网元与 IMS网络的 S-CSCF连接, 包括:
判断单元, 用于在收到来自终端设备的电路域消息时, 判断该消息中 是否包括该终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网的指示;

本发明实施方式主要效果在于, 终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入网时, 如 果没有向 IP多媒体子系统 IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的 联系地址, 则通过该终端设备当前可用的接入网通知该 IMS 网络注销该终端 设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。 避免了终端设备以非正常方式离开无 线 IP接入网后, 该终端设备的后续呼叫仍然被根据该终端设备用户身份关联 的该 IP接入网联系地址, 从该无线 IP接入网下发该呼叫所带来的问题, 如下 发呼叫失败或者延长呼叫建立时间等。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚, 下面将结合附图对本发明 的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
本发明第一实施方式涉及一种注销无线 IP接入网联系地址的方法。 在本 实施方式中, 第一无线 IP接入网为 WLAN网络, 其它接入网为 HRPD网络。 也就是说, 终端设备以非正常方式离开 WLAN 网络, 没有向 IMS 网络进行 WLAN网络的联系地址注销 , 但当前 HRPD网络可用 , 终端设备通过 HRPD 网络向 IMS网络进行 WLAN网络联系地址的注销。 其中, HRPD网络分配的 IP地址为 5555::1:2:3:4; WLAN网络分配的 IP地址为 5555::5:6:7:8。具体的注 销流程如图 3所示。
在步骤 301a至 301g中, 在检测到 WLAN网络的信号丢失后, 终端设备 通过 HRPD 网络发送 REGISTER (注册) 消息到为该 HRPD 网络服务的 P-CSCF2, 该 REGISTER消息经 I-CSCF发送到该终端设备所属的 S-CSCF。 该 REGISTER消息包含:
(Contact:<SIP:[5555::l:2:3:4]>;expires=7200;Contact:<SIP:[5555::5:6:7:8]>; expires=0),其中 Contact:<SIP: [5555 ::1 :2:3 :4]>; expires=7200指示向 IMS网络 重注册 HPRD 网络的 IP地址, 注册有效时间为 7200秒(即两个小时); 而 Contact:<SIP:[5555::5:6:7:8]>; expires=0指示向 IMS网络注销 WLAN网络的 IP地址。 S-CSCF收到该 REGISTER消息后, 返回确认消息。 在本实施方式中, 该终端设备已向 S-CSCF订阅了用户的注册状态。
在步骤 302a至 302d中, S-CSCF更新该终端设备的注册状态, 更新后的 注册状态为 WLAN网络的联系地址已注销、 HPRD网络的联系地址已重注册, 并向终端设备发送 NOTIFY 消息, 通知该终端设备更新后的注册状态信息。 该终端设备收到该 NOTIFY后返回确认消息。
在步骤 303a和 303b中 , S-CSCF向为 HRPD网络服务的 P-CSCF2发送 NOTIFY消息, 以通知该终端设备所属用户的注册状态信息。 P-CSCF2收到该 NOTIFY消息后返回确认消息。
在 304a和 304b中, S-CSCF识别被注销的联系地址关联的 P-CSCF, 即为 WLAN网络服务的 P-CSCF1 , 向 P-CSCF1发送 NOTIFY消息, 以通知该终端 设备所属用户的注册状态信息。 P-CSCF1收到该 NOTIFY消息后返回确认消 息, 并指示 WLAN网络释放用户相关的无线接入资源, 并可能进一步根据该 注册状态信息删除该用户的注册信息。 或者是指示 WLAN网络释放用户相关 的无线接入资源,或根据该注册状态信息删除该用户的注册信息。从而避免了 终端设备以非正常方式离开 WLAN网络后,后续收到对该终端设备的呼叫时, 仍然根据该终端设备的用户身份关联的该 WLAN网络联系地址, 从该 WLAN 网络联系地址下发该呼叫所带来的问题,如下发呼叫失败或者延长呼叫建立时 间等, 同时避免 WLAN网络无线接入资源的浪费。
由于在现有技术中,重注册过程会将注册消息发送给 S-CSCF,而 S-CSCF 能够对用户注册进行更新, 如更新注册时间, 或者取消注册(即注销), 并通 知 P-CSCF该用户的注册状态, 因此, 通过其它接入网发送的注册消息携带注 销该 WLAN网络联系地址的信息, 可以触发 S-CSCF识别被注销的联系地址 关联的 P-CSCF, 并发送注册状态信息到该 P-CSCF, P-CSCF根据该注册状态 信息删除该用户的注册信息, 并可能进一步指示 WLAN网络释放用户相关的 无线接入资源, 从而在终端设备以非正常方式离开 WLAN网络后, 也能够及 时进行注销, 避免该终端设备的后续呼叫仍从该 WLAN网络下发, 带来不必 要的问题, 同时也避免 WLAN网络无线接入资源的浪费。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中假定在重注册时, 网络侧不对该终端设备进 行认证, 省略了注册的相关步骤。 在实际应用中, 也可以根据现有技术对终端 设备进行认证, 并不影响本实施方式的效果。 另外, 在本实施方式中, 以第一 无线 IP接入网为 WLAN网络,其它接入网为 HRPD网络为例进行说明, 而在 实际应用中, 第一无线 IP接入网也可以是 HRPD 网络, 其它接入网可以是 WLAN网络, 具体实现方式与本实施方式类似, 在此不再赘述。
本发明第二实施方式同样涉及一种注销无线 IP接入网联系地址的方法。 本实施方式与第一实施方式不同,在第一实施方式中, 终端设备以非正常方式 离开 WLAN网络后 , 当前还有无线 IP接入网 ( HRPD网络)可用 , 从而终端 设备可以通过 HRPD网络的重注册过程, 进行 WLAN网络的注销; 而在本实 施方式中, 该终端设备以非正常方式离开 WLAN网络后 , 当前没有无线 IP接 入网可用, 只有 CDMAlx或 GSM等 CS 网络可用, 因此终端设备可以利用 CS网络的消息传输机制如短消息业务( Short Message Service, 简称" SMS" ) 或非结构化补充业务数据 ( Unstructured Supplementary Services Data, 简称 "USSD" )通知 VCC AS "该终端设备已离开 WLAN网络" , 再由 VCC AS请求 S-CSCF发起对该终端设备的注销流程。 具体如图 4所示。 简单提一下, 这里 的其它网络单元可以是集中业务控制单元, 也就是说, 在终端设备通过 CS网 络也可以接入 IMS网络的场景下, 终端设备可以通知 CS网络到 IMS网络的 适配处理单元(即集中业务控制单元) "该终端设备已离开 WLAN网络,,, 再 由该集中业务控制单元请求 S-CSCF发起对该终端设备的注销流程。
下面对如图 4所示的注销无线 IP接入网联系地址的方法进行具体说明。 在步骤 401中, 终端设备在检测到 WLAN网络的信号丢失后, 将"该终端设备 已离开 WLAN网络"的信息作为 SMS消息的内容进行封装, 以 VCC AS为目 的地址发送该 SMS消息, 以通知该 VCC AS该终端设备离开了 WLAN网络。
在步骤 402a和 402b中, VCC AS收到该 SMS消息后, 确定该终端设备 已离开了 WLAN网络,通知 S-CSCF对该用户进行 WLAN网络联系地址的注 销。
VCC AS 通知 S-CSCF 的方式有很多种, 如发送 Message 消息请求该 S-CSCF 发起对该终端设备的注销流程, 或者, 发送 NOTIFY 消息通知 S-CSCF"该终端设备离开 IP接入网"。
S-CSCF收到该通知后返回响应消息。 在步骤 403a至 403c中, S-CSCF识别被注销的联系地址关联的 P-CSCF, 即 为 WLAN网络服务的 P-CSCF1,通过 P-CSCF1向该终端设备发送 NOTIFY消 息, 指示该终端设备已被取消 IMS注册。 因为 WLAN网络信号已丢失, 该终 端设备不会收到该 NOTIFY消息, P-CSCF1在等待终端设备的应答消息超时 后, 代理该终端设备向 S-CSCF返回 200 OK确认消息。
在步骤 404a和 404b中 , S-CSCF向 P-CSCF1发送 NOTIFY消息 ,指示该 终端设备已被取消注册, P-CSCF1收到该 NOTIFY消息后返回确认消息, 并 根据该 NOTIFY消息删除该用户的注册信息, 并可能进一步指示 WLAN网络 释放用户相关的无线接入资源。 从而避免了终端设备以非正常方式离开该 WLAN 网络后, 后续收到对该终端设备的用户公共身份的呼叫时, 仍然根据 该用户身份关联的该 WLAN网络联系地址,从该 WLAN网络下发该呼叫所带 来的问题, 如下发呼叫失败或者延长呼叫建立时间等。 同时, 避免 WLAN网 络无线接入资源的浪费。
在步骤 405a至 405c中, S-CSCF根据从 HSS下载的用户配置,进行 VCC AS所属的初始过滤标准检查, 在检查通过后向 VCC AS 进行第三方注册, 以 通知该 VCC AS"该终端设备已经取消 WLAN网络的 IMS注册", 后续不可以 通过该 WLAN网络下发该终端设备的呼叫。 VCC AS收到后, 返回确认消息。
由于 S-CSCF主动发起 IMS注销对于本领域技术人员来说为已知技术,本 实施方式中只需通过 CS域消息通知与 S-CSCF连接(直接或间接连接) 的网 元该终端设备离开 WLAN网络这一状态,由该网元触发 S-CSCF主动发起 IMS 注销, 即可以避免终端设备以非正常方式离开 IP接入网后, 后续收到对该终 端设备的用户公共身份的呼叫时, 仍然根据该用户身份关联的该 WLAN网络 联系地址,从该 WLAN网络下发该呼叫所带来的问题,且由于上述消息和 IMS 注销过程均是现有的 , 使得本实施方式实现起来十分方便。
本发明第三实施方式同样涉及一种注销无线 IP接入网联系地址的方法, 与第一或第二实施方式大致相同, 其区别在于, 在第一或第二实施方式中, 终 端设备在检测到第一无线 IP接入网的信号丢失后, 立刻发起 IMS注销, 包括 通过其它接入网发起重注册过程、 或发送 CS域消息; 而在本实施方式中, 终 端设备在检测到第一无线 IP接入网的信号丢失后, 启动定时器, 如果定时器 超时前没有重新接入到第一无线 IP接入网, 即未重新检测到第一无线 IP接入 网的信号, 则进行 IMS注销。 通过设置定时器, 可以避免终端设备频繁地对 该第一无线 IP接入网进行 IMS注册和注销, 降低终端设备的能耗。
本发明第四实施方式涉及一种无线 IP接入网的终端设备注销系统, 如图 5所示, 包含至少一个终端设备, 以及该终端设备对应的 S-CSCF和 VCC AS。 该终端设备包含: 判断单元, 用于判断终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入网时, 是否已向 IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址; 注销 发起单元, 用于在该判断单元判定该终端设备没有向该 IMS 网络注销该终端 设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址时, 通过该终端设备当前可用的其它 接入网通知该 IMS网络注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。 从 而避免了终端设备以非正常方式离开 IP接入网后, 后续收到对应该终端设备 的用户公共身份的呼叫时,仍然根据该用户身份关联的该 IP接入网联系地址, 从该 IP接入网下发该呼叫所带来的问题, 如下发呼叫失败或者延长呼叫建立 时间等。
其中, 注销发起单元通过该终端设备当前可用的其它接入网通知该 IMS 网络的 S-CSCF注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。
在该终端设备当前可用的其它接入网为无线 IP接入网, 如 WLAN或 HRPD时, 该注销发起单元还可以包含以下子单元: 注销信息设置单元, 用于 在重注册过程的消息中设置注销第一无线 IP接入网的信息; 重注册子单元, 用于向当前可用的其它接入网发起重注册过程,通过该重注册过程的消息将注 销信息设置单元设置的注销第一无线 IP接入网的信息发送给该 S-CSCF。由于 在现有技术中, 重注册过程会将注册消息发送给 S-CSCF, 而 S-CSCF能够对 用户注册进行更新,如更新注册时间,或者取消注册(即注销),并通知 P-CSCF 该用户的注册状态, 促使 P-CSCF删除该用户的注册信息, 因此, 在终端设备 以非正常方式离开 IP接入网后, 该终端设备能够及时进行 IMS注销, 避免该 终端设备的后续呼叫仍从该 IP接入网下发, 带来不必要的问题。
或者,在该终端设备当前可用的其它接入网只剩 CS域网络,如 CDMA lx 网络或 GSM网络时, 该注销发起单元还可以包含以下子单元: 离开指示设置 单元, 用于在电路域消息中设置终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网的指示; 发送单元, 用于通过当前可用的其它接入网向 VCC AS发送该 CS域消息, 通 过该 CS域消息中设置的终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网的指示,触发 VCC AS指示该 S-CSCF注销该终端设备在第一 IP接入网的联系地址。 由于 CS域 消息是现有技术已有的,本实施方式在无需新增信令的情况下, 利用现有消息 触发 S-CSCF主动为该终端设备发起在 IMS网络注销第一无线 IP接入网的联 系地址, 在避免终端设备以非正常方式离开 IP接入网后, 其后续呼叫仍从该 IP接入网下发所带来的问题的同时, 使得本实施方式实现起来更为方便。 另 外, 本实施方式中的 CS域消息可以是现有的 SMS消息或 USSD消息。
该 S-CSCF包含: 接收单元, 用于通过当前可用的接入网接收注销终端 设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的通知; 注销单元, 用于在所述接收 单元收到注销终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的通知后, 注销该 终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。
所述接收单元通过以下方式从当前可用的接入网接收注销终端设备在 第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的通知: 从该终端设备发起的其它无线 IP接 入网的重注册过程中接收注销第一无线 IP接入网的信息, 所述信息包括联系 地址等; 或者,从 VCC AS接收该终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网的指示。
该 VCC AS包含: 判断单元, 用于在收到来自终端设备的 CS域消息时, 判断该消息中是否包含该终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网的指示; 通知单 元, 用于在该判断单元判定该 CS域消息中包含该终端设备已离开该第一无线 IP接入网的指示时, 通知该 S-CSCF注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的 联系地址。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供一种终端设备, 包括: 判断单元和注销发起 单元, 其中, 所述判断单元, 用于判断所述终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入 网时, 是否已向 IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地 址; 所述注销发起单元, 用于在所述判断单元判定所述终端设备没有向所 述 IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址时,通过该终 端设备当前可用的接入网通知该 IMS网络注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接 入网的联系地址。 所述终端设备还包括:

本发明实施例还提供一种基于 IP多媒体子系统的网络侧设备, 包括: 接 收单元和注销单元。 其中所述接收单元, 用于通过当前可用的接入网接收 终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网的指示; 所述注销单元, 用于在所述接 收单元收到所述终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网的指示后, 注销该终端 设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。 其中接收单元可以从所述终端设备 发起的其它无线 IP接入网的重注册中接收注销第一无线 IP接入网的信息, 或者从具有接收电路域消息的网元中, 接收注销终端设备在第一无线 IP接 入网的联系地址的通知。
需要说明的是, 所述网络侧设备与上述图 5中所述 S-CSCF的功能和作 用相同, 具体详见上述, 在此不再赞述。
本发明实施例还提供一种网元,该网元与 IMS网络的 S-CSCF连接,包括: 判断单元和通知单元。 其中所述判断单元, 用于在收到来自终端设备的电 路域消息时, 判断该消息中是否包括该终端设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网 的指示; 所述通知单元, 用于在所述判断单元判定所述电路域消息中包括 所述终端设备已离开所述第一无线 IP接入网的指示时, 通知所述 S-CSCF注 销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。
需要说明的是, 所述网元与上述图 5中所述 VCC AS的功能和作用相同, 在此不再赘述。
综上该, 在本发明的实施方式中, 终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入网时, 如果没有向 IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址, 则 通过该终端设备当前可用的其它接入网通知该 IMS 网络注销该终端设备在第 一无线 IP接入网的联系地址。从而避免了终端设备以非正常方式离开 IP接入 网后,后续收到对应该终端设备的用户公共身份的呼叫时,仍然根据该用户身 份关联的该 IP接入网联系地址 , 从该 IP接入网下发该呼叫所带来的问题 , 如 下发呼叫失败或者延长呼叫建立时间等。 终端设备向当前可用的其它接入网发起重注册过程,在该重注册过程中携 带注销第一无线 IP接入网的信息, 将注销第一无线 IP接入网的信息发送给该 S-CSCF; 该 S-CSCF根据该信息注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系 地址。由于在现有技术中,重注册过程会将注册消息发送给 S-CSCF,而 S-CSCF 能够为终端设备发起在 IMS网络注销某个 IP接入网的联系地址, 因此, 通过 在其它接入网的注册消息中携带注销第一无线 IP接入网的信息, 可以利用现 有的重注册过程触发 S-CSCF主动为该终端设备发起在 IMS网络注销第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址, 从而在终端设备以非正常方式离开第一无线 IP接入网 后,该终端设备能够及时进行注销,避免该终端设备的后续呼叫仍从该第一无 线 IP接入网下发, 带来不必要的问题。
在终端设备只有 CS域网络如 CDMA lx网络可用的情况下, 终端设备可 以通过该 CDMA lx网络向 VCC AS发送 CS域消息, 在该消息中指示该终端 设备已离开第一无线 IP接入网; 通过该消息触发 VCC AS指示该 S-CSCF为 该终端设备发起第一无线 IP接入网联系地址的注销过程。由于该 CS域消息是 现有技术已有的, 因此本发明实施方式可以在无需新增信令的情况下, 利用已 有信令触发 S-CSCF主动为该终端设备在 IMS网络注销第一无线 IP接入网的 联系地址, 在避免终端设备以非正常方式离开第一无线 IP接入网后, 其后续 呼叫仍从该 IP接入网的联系地址下发所带来的问题的同时, 使得本发明的实 施方式实现起来更为方便。
VCC AS可以通过将其收到的包含终端设备已离开第一无线 IP网络的指 示的 CS域消息直接发送给 S-CSCF, 触发 S-CSCF主动注销该终端设备在第 一无线 IP接入网的联系地址; 或者, VCC AS向 S-CSCF发送注销请求消息, 请求 S-CSCF注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址, 应用十分灵 活。
通过在进行注销前,设置定时器,可以避免频繁地对该终端设备在第一无 线 IP接入网的联系地址进行 IMS注册和注销。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式,已经对本发明进行了图示和描 述,但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改 变, 而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

所述第一网元向所述 S-CSCF发送请求注销所述终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的消息。

指示所述第一无线 IP接入网释放为所述终端设备分配的无线接入资 源; 和 /或
指示所述第一无线 IP接入网注销所述终端设备。
10. 根据权利要求 1至 9中任一项所述的注销无线 IP接入网联系地址的 方法, 其特征在于, 在所述终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入网后, 所述方法还 包括:
确定所述终端设备离开所述第一无线 IP接入网的时间超过预定时限, 则执行如果没有向 IP多媒体子系统 IMS网络注销该终端设备在所述第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址, 则通过所述终端设备当前可用的接入网通知所述 IMS网 络注销所述终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的步骤。
11. 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
判断单元, 用于判断所述终端设备离开第一无线 IP接入网时, 是否已 向 IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址;
IMS网络注销该终端设备在该第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址时,通过该终端 设备当前可用的接入网通知该 IMS网络注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入 网的联系地址。
12. 根据权利要求 11所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述注销发起单 元通知所述 IMS网络注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的方 式为:
通知所述 IMS网络的 S-CSCF注销该终端设备在第一无线 IP接入网的联 系地址。

注销信息设置单元 , 用于在重注册过程的消息中设置注销第一无线 IP 接入网的信息;
重注册子单元, 用于向所述当前可用的其它无线 IP接入网发起重注册, 通过该重注册的消息将所述注销信息设置单元设置的注销第一无线 IP接入 网的信息发送给所述 S-CSCF。
14. 根据权利要求 12所述的终端设备, 其特征在于, 所述当前可用的 接入网是电路域网络, 所述注销发起单元包括:
离开指示设置单元, 用于在电路域消息中设置所述终端设备已离开所 述第一无线 IP接入网的指示;

从所述终端设备发起的其它无线 IP接入网的重注册中注销终端设备在 第一无线 IP接入网的联系地址的通知; 或者
从具有接收电路域消息的网元中, 接收注销终端设备在第一无线 IP接 入网的联系地址的通知。
18. 根据权利要求 16所述的基于 IP多媒体子系统的网络侧设备, 其特 征在于, 所述基于 IP多媒体子系统的网络侧设备是 S-CSCF。
