Abstract

　オスモチンまたはその変異体をコードするポリヌクレオチドが発現可能に導入された非植物形質転換体を用いて、オスモチン組換えタンパク質を製造する。これにより、本発明は、簡便に、しかも安価かつ大量に取得可能で、生理活性を有するオスモチン組換えタンパク質およびその製造方法、並びにその利用を提供する。
