Abstract

[課題]グラスランチャンネルの直線部とコーナー部との射出溶着成形時に、ヒケが抑制され、接着性に優れた熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の製造方法および該組成物を用いてなる成形体を提供する。 [解決手段]エチレン・α-オレフィン系共重合ゴム(a)95~5重量部、プロピレン・α-オレフィンランダム共重合体(b-1)5~95重量部(成分(a)及び(b-1)の合計100重量部)及び軟化剤(c)0~200重量部を含有する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物(D)を有機過酸化物の存在下で動的に熱処理する射出成形用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物(F)の製造方法であって、動的熱処理の前または後に、オレフィン系プラスチック用の結晶化核剤(e)を、成分(a)及び(b-1)の合計100重量部に対し0.01~5重量部添加する射出成形用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物(F)の製造方法。
