Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zum Herstellen von dreidimensionalen Objekten (2) durch aufeinanderfolgendes Verfestigen von Schichten eines mittels Strahlung verfestigbaren Aufbaumaterials (8) an den dem jeweiligen Querschnitt des Objektes (2) entsprechenden Stellen, mit einem Gehäuse (3), einem darin untergebrachten Baubehälter (4), in welchem eine Tragevorrichtung zum Tragen des Objektes (2) mit einem Träger (6) angeordnet ist, einer Aufbringvorrichtung (7) zum Aufbringen von Schichten des Aufbaumaterials (8) auf die Tragevorrichtung (5) oder eine zuvor gebildete Schicht, einer Dosiereinrichtung (9) zur Zuführung des Aufbaumaterials (8) und einer Bestrahlungsvorrichtung (10) zum Bestrahlen von Schichten des Aufbaumaterials (8) an den dem jeweiligen Querschnitt des Objektes (2) entsprechenden Stellen, wobei das Gehäuse (3) der Vorrichtung (1) einen Gehäuseabschnitt (I) aufweist, in dem sich der Baubehälter (4) während des Bauprozesses befindet, sowie eine Entnahmestation (12) und ein Handhabungsbereich (11) vorgesehen sind, wobei in der durch das Gehäuse (3) der Vorrichtung (1) einschließlich des Handhabungsbereichs (11) abgedichteten Schutzgasatmosphäre eine Fördereinrichtung (13) angeordnet ist, die eingangsseitig (E) ein durch Eingriff in den Handhabungsbereich (11) manuell oder mittelbar, durch eine eine Wand (37) des Handhabungsbereichs (11) durchgreifende Bedienvorrichtung (35), führbares Förderelement (14) aufweist und die ausgangsseitig (A) zumindest temporär mit wenigstens einem Dosier- oder Vorratsbehälter (15, 16) der Vorrichtung verbunden und/oder oberhalb eines Dosier- oder Vorratsbehälters (15, 16) angeordnet ist, der innerhalb der Schutzgasatmosphäre angeordnet ist.
