Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un film anti-reflet et anti-éblouissement exempt de défauts de point brillant et ayant une excellente résistance à la rayure. Il a une réflectance faible et est donc moins apte à refléter ou à éblouir. Il a une excellente visibilité, comprenant la netteté. L'invention concerne également un film anti-reflet et anti-éblouissement ; et un polariseur et un dispositif d'affichage employant tous les deux le film. Le procédé destiné à la production d'un film anti-reflet et anti-éblouissement comprenant un support transparent et, formé sur celui-ci, une couche anti-éblouissement et au moins une couche ayant un faible indice de réfraction, est caractérisé par : l'application d'une composition de résine formant une couche anti-éblouissement dans un état de solution sur un support transparent, pour former de cette façon une couche anti-éblouissement ayant une forme de surface lisse dans cet état juste après application et a la fonction de changer de forme de surface d'une forme lisse à une forme inégale qui confère des propriétés anti-éblouissement lorsqu'elle est traitée par au moins un moyen choisi dans le groupe constitué par le séchage, le chauffage, l'irradiation par de la lumière, l'irradiation par micro-ondes et l'irradiation par faisceau électronique ; l'application d'un fluide de revêtement pour former au moins une couche à faible indice de réfraction sur la couche anti-éblouissement dans la forme de surface est dans l'état lisse ; puis le changement de cette forme de surface de la couche anti-éblouissement en une forme inégale par le moyen après l'application du fluide de revêtement pour la formation d'une couche à faible indice de réfraction.
