Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un film antireflet permettant d'empêcher la détérioration de la visibilité sur l'écran d'un afficheur, par exemple un afficheur à cristaux liquides (LCD). Ce film antireflet possédant d'excellentes propriétés optiques peut être produit facilement, sans utiliser de fines particules et sans avoir besoin, par exemple, d'ôter des matières incompatibles. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé permettant de produire ce film antireflet, à un polariseur utilisant ce film et à un afficheur. Au cours dudit procédé de production, une couche antireflet est créée grâce à un fluide de revêtement qui contient au minimum un premier et un second matériau de résine thermodurcissable, ces matériaux prenant la forme d'une solution dans un solvant et pouvant être appliqués sur une base de film transparente afin d'obtenir une surface de revêtement lisse. Le fluide de revêtement est appliqué, puis les matériaux susmentionnés sont thermodurcis à l'aide de moyens adaptés. Grâce à la résine thermodurcie, la base de film transparente est dotée d'une couche ayant une surface inégale et des propriétés antireflet.
