Abstract

On vise à proposer un appareil pour le repliement d'une protéine efficace pour le repliement (à savoir la potentialisation fonctionnelle) d'une protéine produite par Escherichia coli, etc. qui est inactive en raison du manque de structure d'ordre supérieur ou d'une protéine inactivée dont la structure stérique a été modifiée pour une certaine raison. A savoir, l'invention porte sur un appareil pour le repliement d'une protéine doté d'au moins une colonne pour le repliement d'une protéine garnie avec un garnissage de colonne pour le repliement d'une protéine contenant une zéolite granulée de structure BEA (zéolite bêta).
