Abstract

 本発明の伝熱シートは、第1の部分と、平面視にて第1の部分と異なる位置に設けられ、温度変化に応じて厚さ方向に第1の部分よりも大きな伸縮率で伸縮する第2の部分とを備えた伝熱層を有し、使用状態にて、伝熱層の温度が所定温度以下であるときに、第2の部分と相手体との間に空隙を生じさせて、放熱対象物と相手体との間の熱伝導性を低下させ、一方、伝熱層の温度が所定温度以上である場合、空隙を実質的に無くして、放熱対象物と相手体との間の熱伝導性を向上させるように構成されている。
