Abstract

[PROBLEMS] To provide a communication device and a system which perform a seamless communication handover across different types of network. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In a communication system which performs communication between a plurality of communication devices in a plurality of networks connected to one another, a communication device (10) in a first network (20) performs handover with a second network (30) of a type different from the first network as follows. During a period until the handover is complete, a communication device transmits and receives data to/from a communication partner device (50) by simultaneously using the first network and the second network.
