Abstract

　レーザ照射部（４１～４４）にレーザを照射し、ドレイン引出配線（１６ａ）と修正用接続電極（２ｂ）、データ信号線｛１３（ｍ＋１）｝、修正用接続電極（２ａ）とを導通させるとともに、レーザ照射部（４５，４６）にレーザを照射して、データ信号線13｛１３（ｍ＋１）｝の一部をデータ信号線｛１３（ｍ＋１）｝から切り離してバイパスラインＰ１を形成する。さらに、バイパスラインとして用いていないデータ信号線｛１３（ｍ）｝の、レーザ照射部（４７，４８）にレーザを照射して、レーザ照射部（４７，４８）の間の領域をデータ信号線｛１３（ｍ）｝から切り離して導通不能とする。
