Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film de résine thermoplastique par l'extrusion d'une résine thermoplastique fondue dans une extrudeuse (22) à partir d'une matrice (24) sous la forme d'une feuille sur un rouleau de refroidissement rotatif (28) et la solidification par refroidissement de celle-ci pour ainsi obtenir la formation du film. Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend l'étape d'extrusion consistant à extruder tout en réglant la température d'extrusion (T1) au moment de l'extrusion d'une résine thermoplastique fondue à travers l'extrudeuse (22) de façon à être dans la plage de T0-40°C à T0+30°C, où T0 est la température à laquelle lorsque la résine thermoplastique est amenée à stagner sous une atmosphère d'azote pendant une heure, la réduction thermique de celle-ci est de 0,3% en masse et l'étape de chauffage consistant à chauffer de telle sorte que par le dépôt de la résine thermoplastique extrudée sur le rouleau de refroidissement (28), la température de dépôt est égale ou supérieure à la température d'extrusion.
