Abstract

 電極が金属電極であり、比容量が大きく、エネルギー密度が高く、従来より高耐電圧化(6.0V以上)が可能な高容量蓄電素子を提供する。金属電極と高分子電解質を含む電解質とを含む蓄電素子であって、前記金属電極が対を形成することができるように形成され、前記金属電極が前記電解質と接し、かつ前記金属電極が前記高分子電解質の表面および内部に形成されたものであって、前記電解質中に常温常圧下で液状の両親媒性ポリエーテル化合物および/または親油性化合物、あるいは親水性ポリエーテル化合物および/またはグリセリンカーボネートを含み、前記電解質が前記両親媒性ポリエーテル化合物および/または親油性化合物、あるいは親水性ポリエーテル化合物および/またはグリセリンカーボネートにより膨潤した状態であることを特徴とする蓄電素子。
