Abstract

Изобретение относится к установкам обратного осмоса для опреснения морской воды. Установка содержит блок опреснительных мембран (6), блок управления и модули подачи соленой воды под высоким давлением, каждый из которых включает диафрагменный насос (3), масляный гидропривод (7), устройство повышения давления рассола (10) и распределитель рассола (8). Внутренняя полость диафрагменного насоса разделена гибкими диафрагмами на три изолированные секции. Центральная секция (А) выполнена с возможностью поступления в нее соленой воды и выхода ее в блок опреснительных мембран с давлением, превышающим осмотическое. Боковая секция (В) соединена с масляным гидроприводом (7) с циклической подачей масла под давлением, превышающим осмотическое, а боковая секция (С) соединена с распределителем рассола (8), который соединен с выходом рассола (11) из блока опреснительных мембран (6). В установке по второму варианту боковая секция диафрагменного насоса (С) содержит дополнительную диафрагму и гидравлический мультипликатор (15) в качестве устройства повышения давления рассола. Изобретение обеспечивает повышение надежности работы опреснительной установки, а также упрощение конструкции и эксплуатации.
