Abstract

　原料肉２にピックル液を注入するピックル液注入インジェクタにおいて、効率がよく、運転能力が高く、ピックル液が均一に注入され、原料肉２が痛まず、くず肉が生じず、原料肉２が汚染されず、断片が原料肉２に混入しないようにする。円筒状固定体および回転体５が原料肉送りコンベヤ１と組み合わされ、回転体５は固定体の外周面にはめ合わされる。さらに、多数の小孔が回転体５の外周面に形成され、送りコンベヤ１によって原料肉２が送られ、原料肉２が回転体５と送りコンベヤ１間に挟まれ、回転体５が固定体のまわりを回転し、ピックル液が小孔から噴出し、原料肉２にピックル液が注入される。
