Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs (1) présentant une section de photoréponse (11), une première section de retenue (21), une seconde section de retenue (22), une section de sélection de sortie (31), une section de conversion AN (40), une section de sollicitation (50) et une section de commande (61). Une tension (V1m,n) correspondant à la quantité de charges générées par une photodiode de chaque section de pixel (Pm,n) sur la mième rangée de la section de photoréponse (11) correspondant à l'entrée lumière pendant une première période, est retenue par la première section de retenue (21), et une tension (V2m,n) correspondant à la quantité de charges générées par la photodiode de chaque section de pixel (Pm,n) sur la mième rangée correspondant à l'entrée lumière pendant une seconde période, plus courte que la première, est retenue par une seconde section de retenue (22). Une section de sélection de sortie (31) sort sélectivement la tension (V1m,n) lorsque cette tension est inférieure à la tension de référence (Vsat), et sort sélectivement une tension (V2m,n) lorsque cette tension n'est pas inférieure à la tension de référence.
