Abstract

 強化繊維基材の一面上に樹脂拡散媒体を配置し、全体をバッグ材で覆ってバッグ材内部を減圧し、樹脂を樹脂拡散媒体に注入して実質的に面内方向に拡散させた後強化繊維基材の厚み方向に含浸させるに際し、強化繊維基材の面方向における強化繊維基材の各樹脂含浸部間の目付または密度の差に対応させて、あるいは、強化繊維基材の各樹脂含浸部間の、強化繊維基材の面方向における樹脂含浸開始部から樹脂含浸完了部までの長さの差に対応させて、樹脂拡散媒体自体の樹脂拡散の際の流動抵抗を、強化繊維基材の面内方向に変化させることを特徴とする真空RTM成形方法。強化繊維基材に面内方向における樹脂流動性の変化が存在する場合に、その変化を樹脂拡散媒体側で吸収でき、安定して確実に所望の成形品を得ることが可能になる。
