Abstract
State evaluation of a subject is performed with higher precision. The CPU of a state evaluation device acquires fifty continuous RR interval data (RR1-RR50) measured by a heartbeat sensor, and extracts the maximum value and the minimum value of the RR1-RR50 thus acquired. Subsequently, the CPU sets a domain range having the extracted maximum value and the minimum value of the the RR interval data as both poles in a map for analysis, and sections the domain range thus set into first through sixth sections sequentially from the minimum value side. The CPU collates the map for analysis in which the domain range and the sections of the RR interval are set with the fifty RR interval data acquired before, and then calculates the variation coefficients of the RR interval data distributed to each section of the map for analysis, respectively. The CPU compares the variation coefficients of the RR interval data distributed to the first section of the map for analysis with the variation coefficients of the RR interval data distributed to the second section, and judges the state of the subject based on the comparison results.
