Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Solarzellenvorrichtung, aufweisend eine Solarzelle (1 ) mit einem Halbleiter (2), der mindestens einen p-dotierten Bereich (6) und mindestens einen n-dotierten Bereich (7) aufweist, auf einer Rückseite (R) der Solarzelle (1 ) angeordneten elektrischen p-Kontakten (10) und elektrischen n-Kontakten (9), die mit den entsprechend dotierten Bereichen (6, 7) des Halbleiters (2) verbunden sind, mindestens einem p-Busbar (13), der mit den elektrischen p-Kontakten (10) verbunden ist, und mindestens einem n-Busbar (12), der mit den elektrischen n-Kontakten (9) verbunden ist, wobei die Busbars (12, 13) jeweils den Strom der elektrischen Kontakte (9, 10) sammeln und eine Längserstreckungsrichtung (L) aufweisen, sowie eine Verbindungsanordnung (14), die zur elektrisch leitfähigen Verbindung mindestens eines der Busbars (12, 13) der Solarzelle (1 ) mit mindestens einem Busbar (13, 12) einer benachbarten Solarzelle ausgebildet ist. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Verbindungsanordnung (14) mindestens einen im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längserstreckungsrichtung (L) der Busbars verlaufenden ersten Verbindungsabschnitt (141 ) auf, der an Verbindungsbereichen (15) punktuell mit mindestens einem Busbar (12, 13) verbunden ist. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf ein Solarzellenmodul bestehend aus mindestens zwei Solarzellenvorrichtungen. Außerdem bezieht sich die Erfindung auf eine Verbindungsanordnung (14) zur Verbindung zweier Solarzellen.
