Abstract

 Nb100-x-yTixNiy(ただし原子%で、10≦x≦60、10≦y≦50)により表される組成を有し、鋳造した状態で酸素量が1000 ppm以下であり、かつ(a) 70原子%以上のNbを含有するとともにNiの含有量が10%以下と少なく、水素透過能を有する初晶相と、(b) Ni及びTiを合計で60原子%以上含有し、耐水素脆化性を有する基地相の内部に、Niの含有量が少なくNb及びTiを主成分とする平均粒径が約5μm以下の粒子相が分散している共晶相とを有し、金属間化合物相が実質的に生成していない組織を有するNb-Ti-Ni系の水素透過合金。
