Abstract

アルミナの存在下にシス-2-ブテン-1,4-ジオールを液相にて脱水環化反応させる際、反応系内に存在するカルボニル化合物およびアセタール化合物の反応混合液中における濃度(但し、アセタール化合物の濃度は、アセタール基換算での濃度とする。)の合計を0.1~2mol/Lの範囲内に制御することにより、医農薬原料、ポリマー原料などの原料・中間体などとして有用な2,5-ジヒドロフランを連続的に製造する方法であり、γ-アルミナの失活を抑制でき、長期的な工業的生産に有利な製造方法である。
