Abstract

 ソースライン(SL1~SLn)に対して、画素(PIX)のソースライン(SL)と対向する側の端部に、予備配線(EL1~ELn)を設ける。ソースライン(SLi)と予備配線(ELi)とを、接続配線(61)…によって接続する。これにより、データ信号線に個別に予備配線が設けられる構成において、データ信号線と対応する予備配線とが、末端までの導通が不可能となるような断線を起こしにくい表示パネルを実現する。
