Abstract

本発明の表示装置用照明装置１２は、光源１７と、前記光源１７を覆うシャーシ１４と、前記シャーシ１４は、樹脂材料からなる基材５３と、前記基材５３に設けられた金属製骨組５５と、を備えることを特徴とする。これにより、装置を肉厚化することなく、簡便な構成でランプの収納部材におけるうなり音の発生を防止ないし抑制可能な構成を備えた表示装置用照明装置を提供することが可能となる。
