Abstract

【課題】組織ブロックの厚みが薄くても作製可能であり、組織の硬度の影響も少なく、且つ、組織アレイチップとしたときに、組織片や関心部位が欠損することがなく、分散した領域から組織片を採取可能であり、組織片内の位置と組織ブロック内の位置との対応付けも可能で、組織片採取後の組織ブロックの利用に対する影響も少ない組織アレイブロック作製方法、組織アレイシート作製方法、組織アレイブロック、組織アレイチップ、組織アレイブロック作製機構、組織アレイシート作製機構を提案する。 【解決手段】組織ブロックＢ１をスライスしてロール状の組織片ｔ２を作製し、ロール状の組織片ｔ２を基体ブロックＢ２に挿入して組織アレイブロックＢ３とする。組織アレイブロックＢ３をスライスして組織アレイシートＳ１とし、基板上にマウントして組織アレイチップＣ１とする。組織アレイチップＣ１上の組織片はスパイラル形状となる。
