Abstract
コンバータ51により、燃料電池2の出力電圧を低下させて燃料電池2の触媒に対する活性化処理を施すとともに、コンプレッサ31から燃料電池2への酸化ガスの供給を停止している条件下で、サイクリックボルタンメトリの測定として、コンバータ51により、燃料電池2の出力電圧を一定範囲で変化させる走査を行いながら、還元電流を電流センサ2aで計測し、この計測値を制御装置6で積分する。制御装置6は、この積分値を基に燃料電池2の電極触媒の電荷量を求め、この電荷量が劣化判定値よりも小さいか否かを判定し、この判定結果を表示器55に表示する。燃料電池の電極触媒の劣化の有無を精度良く判定することが可能である。
