Abstract
L'objet de l'invention est un carburant biodiesel ayant une excellente stabilité à l'oxydation et proposer une nouvelle technique pour produire un mélange de carburant biodiesel ayant une excellente stabilité à l'oxydation et d'huile légère. Un ester alkylique d'acide gras (1) préparé à partir d'un mélange d'huile et de graisse transestérifiées et/ou d'une huile de cuisine usagée transestérifiée et/ou d'un ester alkylique d'acide gras (2) préparé par estérification d'un acide gras sont hydrogénés en présence d'un catalyseur d'hydrogénation comprenant au moins un élément choisi parmi des éléments des terres rares et au moins un métal noble appartenant au groupe VIII du tableau périodique des éléments dans une atmosphère d'hydrogène à basse pression. On peut ajouter une huile légère à l'ester alkylique d'acide gras (1) et/ou à l'ester alkylique d'acide gras (2).
