Abstract

　使用する波長域の光に対して透過性を有する基材と、基材上に配置された反射防止層とを備え、高い反射防止性能を示すとともに、基材の屈折率によらず、反射防止層に使用できる材料の選択の自由度が大きい構造体を提供する。反射防止層が、周期的に凸部が配列した周期構造を有し、反射防止層における凸部の配列周期が上記波長域の最短波長以下であり、基材と反射防止層との間に、基材よりも低屈折率である低屈折率層が配置されている反射防止構造体とする。
