Abstract

　シャッタ眼鏡を通して秘密画像を閲覧する際にもフリッカを検知することのない画像処理装置及びその方法並びにプログラム、及び表示装置を提供する。 　秘密画像と反転画像とを表示する順番を、直交符号を基に設定する符号生成・データ割り当て回路１０２と、少なくとも秘密画像の一部又は全部を含む画像の画像信号を出力している期間には、後段の表示装置とユーザの目との間に配置されるシャッタ眼鏡を光透過状態とし、その他の画像が表示されている期間はシャッタ眼鏡を遮光状態とするように制御するシャッタ眼鏡制御信号生成回路１０３とを有し、秘密画像の画像信号と反転画像の画像信号とは、それぞれの画像の輝度値を画素ごとに加算したときに、秘密画像とは相関の無い画像となる関係にある。
